Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and accessible light fittings

Dust and wipe skirting boards, door frames, and window sills

Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces

Vacuum and mop all floors, including under furniture

Wipe and dust shelving and cupboards

Clean and disinfect all bench tops and splashbacks

Wipe down all cupboards (inside and out)

Clean oven, grill, and stovetop, including racks and trays

Degrease range hood and clean filters

Clean sink, taps, and drain thoroughly

Wipe refrigerator inside and out (if included in lease)

Clean dishwasher inside and out

Scrub and disinfect sinks, basins, and vanities

Clean and sanitize toilets, including base and behind

Clean and descale showers, tubs, taps, and tiles

Clean mirrors, glass shower screens, and bathroom fixtures

Mop and disinfect bathroom floors

Remove soap scum and mildew

Vacuum and/or mop floors, including under furniture

Dust all surfaces, including shelves, ceiling fans, and accessible light fittings

Clean wardrobes inside and out

Remove any marks from walls, doors, and skirting boards

Wipe down benches, sinks, and taps

Clean inside and outside of washing machines (if included)

Clean dryer exterior and lint trap

Sweep and mop floors

Clean all windows inside and out (as safely accessible)

Wipe down window tracks, frames, and sills

Clean glass doors and sliding doors

Dust and wipe internal and external doors, handles, and frames

Carpet steam cleaning

Wall washing

Oven deep cleaning

Balcony and outdoor area cleaning

Garage or storage unit cleaning

Walkthrough with client (optional) to ensure all areas meet inspection standards

Re-clean any areas not meeting requirements at no extra cost
