At Celestial Cleaning Co., we like to keep things simple and transparent. These Terms of Service explain what you can expect from us, and what we kindly ask in return, so that every clean is smooth, safe, and stress-free.

Bookings.

Services may be booked via our website form, phone, email, text, or direct contact.

Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations & Rescheduling.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the quoted service price.

We will always do our best to accommodate changes with compassion and flexibility.

Payments.

Payment is requested after completion of the service.

An invoice will be issued and is payable within 3 days.

We currently accept secure online payment, bank transfer or cash.

Parking & Access to Property.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.

Pets should be secured prior to our arrival to ensure the safety of both your animals and our team.

Clients are asked to provide suitable parking for our cleaners close to the property. If only paid parking is available, any associated parking fees will be added to the client’s invoice.

Services & Exclusions.

Our services are outlined on the Services and Pricing page.

Due to WH&S, liability risks, and complexity, certain services are excluded (e.g. hazardous waste, excessive mould, or other unsafe environments).

Respect & Behaviour.

Celestial Cleaning Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, or any abusive behaviour directed at our team.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cease work immediately if such behaviour occurs.

Insurance & Liability.

Celestial Cleaning Co. holds Public Liability Insurance to the value of $5 million.

While we take the utmost care, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not secured properly.

Satisfaction Guarantee.

We proudly stand by the quality of our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not fully satisfied with your clean, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly, which may include returning to address the concern if suitable. Our goal is always to make things right and ensure you feel confident in choosing us.

End-of-Lease Bond Back Guarantee.

For end-of-lease cleans, we offer a Bond Back Guarantee.

If your real estate agent or landlord raises a reasonable cleaning issue, notify us within 72 hours and we will return promptly to resolve it.

Subcontractors.

At times, subcontractors may assist in delivering services. All subcontractors are carefully selected, aligned with our values, and covered under these terms.

Scheduling.

We currently operate on weekdays only and do not provide services on weekends or public holidays.

If a service falls on a public holiday, we will work with you to reschedule.

Website Terms.

The content on our website is provided for general information only.

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the website content without written permission from Celestial Cleaning Co.

General Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, access is denied, or payment terms are not met.
